The heater is too hot and not able to adjust to comfortable temperature. It would be perfect if can improve on this item.

The worst experience I used to stay with Hop inn hotel. If I have never stayed in Hop Inn hotel in another branch before, it used to be my last time here. 1. The door is low battery to open. On the first day, the reception said that it is low battery, she would ask technician to fix tomorrow. One of us should stay in the room to open it. (At first, we planed to go to 7-eleven) Unfortunately, another day we met the same problems. Staffs never solve problems at all. 2. Staffs look always busy

My favorite traveler mode chain hotel. Beds are best in the business and always clean. No frills chain but dependable.

Initially the room offered to us to give us problems on the first day (22 APRIL) , the compressor very noisy and air con suddenly switch off itself. But the staff in the night shift managed to find a replacement room despite most rooms were fully booked, We will impressed by her professional handle the situation and also her excellent service throughout our stays there. The management should not offered the room in the first place as it already make known of the problems until it rectify it. I also like to propose that all your staff should wear name tag for identification of your company brand.

Pretty solid hotel. Rooms are simple and clean. Bathroom has powerful bum gun and hot shower. Free 2 water bottles each day, a small refrigerator. Room can be small for 2 people but for 1 it's fine. Use a key card to access room area and your room, no need to unlock using keys. Free coffee and hot chocolate in the morning. Have many parking lots. Not too far from hanging out areas like Nimman.

Black mold in all the air conditioners. Had to move hotels because the mold in the AC was making me sick. Multiple rooms I checked all had it. I’ve stayed in many hop inns in Thailand and I do so expecting them to keep their ACs clean and mold free. Had to waste a lot of time and energy moving hotels.

Very basic but clean and lovely rooms. Rooms have tiny balconies for smokers. Hotel doesnt provide breakfast but they have coffee machine at reception area which operates from 6 to 11am. This place deserves 1star because there is no manager around who can speak proper English. Their pos machine did not accept my card (it worked at everywhere in Laos and Thailand.) I was exhausted after a bus travel, the receptionist were not able to manage the situation. But the main thing is, they charged me 200baht for a dirty towel. Yes, right! Because of they have no idea how to bleach a towel, they charged me for it. Worst experience in Asia so far.
